Youth Rocks Foundation is an apolitical and non-religious organization working towards the empowerment of youth and women towards a sustainable livelihood. Our work focuses on designing and delivering social interventions that focus on making young people and women gainfully employed, thereby paving a way out of poverty for them. To this end, our projects deliver crucial skill development to our targeted beneficiaries who may be living and studying across the state of Uttarakhand.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life and create meaningful opportunities for youngsters by empowering them with skills, guidance, and confidence. We strive to ensure that every young individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the support, resources, and platform needed to discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their highest potential while becoming responsible contributors to society.

Dr. Divya Negi Ghai
Dr. Divya Negi Ghai is the visionary founder of Youth Rocks Foundation, bringing over 18 years of experience in the teaching profession. With a deep passion for youth empowerment and a firm belief that education and skilling are the answers to poverty-related challenges, Dr. Divya has dedicated her career to creating lasting impact.
