Dr. Divya Negi founded Youth Rocks with a vision to empower young individuals to discover their strengths and step confidently toward their goals. Her passion for mentorship, education, and community impact continues to shape initiatives that inspire growth, leadership, and meaningful change among youth.

Dr. Divya Negi
She is a dedicated faculty member in Human Resource Management with over five years of teaching experience at reputed institutions, including Shri Guru Ram Rai University and Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions, Dehradun. She also has hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, having led a team at Placement Dehradun. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in HRM and holding an MBA from Graphic Era Hill University, she actively mentors students, organizes industrial visits, participates in CSR initiatives, and guides learners in choosing suitable professional programs. She has been appreciated for her strong mentorship and leadership qualities.
Komal Bisht
HR Expert
Passionate about helping people build a better future for themselves, she is a dedicated teacher, social worker, small business owner, budding fashion designer, and mother of two. With two Master's and a degree in Education, along with over a decade of experience in teaching and community outreach drives, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team.

Ritwik is a Data Science & Machine Learning student at IIT Madras and an MBA (Post Graduate Diploma Holder) from IRMA, Anand (Gujarat). He has a wide network of NGOs and professionals working in social, agribusiness, finance and technology spaces and has been supporting the organization since 2018.

He is an experienced faculty at Uttaranchal University, Dehradun specialized in sales, marketing, and higher education administration. With over seven years in academia and the corporate sector, he holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. His skills in leadership, strategic marketing, and client management, combined with his academic and technical expertise, make him a valuable asset for YRF.

She is presently pursuing her education from Sri Guru Ram Rai University. She is trained in MS-Excel and Tally. She is a young, dedicated and energetic individual actively involved in operations of YRF. She is the youngest member of the team but is the most dependable!
